Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a refill of my medication?
All pharmacy requests are reviewed by our medical assistant. These calls are promptly handled throughout the day. We also receive requests directly from your pharmacist via fax or phone. Each request is logged and promptly replied to. Some medications require careful patient monitoring, and a visit may be warranted to continue to refill the medications.
How do I know when it is time to return for a follow-up appointment?
During your appointment the physician will schedule you for your return visit if needed. We usually give you the next appointment during your office visit. Our staff will arrange any authorizations that may be required.
What is your appointment cancellation policy?
Please give us a 24 hours notice in advance if you are canceling your appointment for unforeseen reasons. Canceling on the day of the appointment or no show may result in a charge. You may be responsible for the cost of radio isotopes and perishable consumables if you fail to keep your appointment for the nuclear tests.
What are your office hours?
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed weekends.
